How Tiktok affected dancing (Negatively)

We all know what tiktok is right even if we don't have the app we have seen it somewhere on YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, hell its even in movies, Tiktok have over a billion users but its becoming a bit irrelevant but that's a topic for a next blog. Anyway tiktok is the reason we are seeing these dance trends, but their not the same, Tiktok focuses on dancing trends that only require you to move your hands only, the less movement the better, anyone can do a tiktok dance, you don't need any skills, you don't even have to get up out your chair , but when someone on the app actually dances and move their whole body people call them "wild" and say their "doing too much" and to be honest its infuriating because someone on this app actually dance and because its not the stiff dances their used to u call it "wild"

The Big Creators don't Dance

The creators who are extremely large on the app don't even dance , The biggest creator on the app Charli Damelio, the dance that launched her into fame was focused on using only your hands plus it was just a watered down version of the real dance which required you to actually move I guess that was too much pressure for our Stiff Barbie.

Re using Sounds

Tiktok is now re using sounds that already have a Iconic dance from like 2016 to make a watered down low effort dance for example Did you know that the Hit the Quan song went viral on tiktok but people weren't doing the dance from 2016 , they were, man I don't even know what they were doing.

I see that tiktok is very good at re using , thank you tiktok for helping the environment hope your using the other 2Rs, Tiktok is re using dances I guess that's "easier" than actually coming up with a good dance

Now listen I'm not saying tiktok doesn't have some good dances to some songs cuz they do, some of my favorites is the dance to "Love Nwantiti by by Ckay" and The dance to "Woman by Doja Cat"
